Set Up: Approximately one hour.

Food & Health Guidelines – NSF
Certified.

DIMENSIONS:

Booth: 12′ wide x 10′ tall x 10′ deep.

EQUIPMENT:

2 Crepe Griddles, 1 additional griddle, 1 hot box, 1 freezers/refrigerator, 2 table top warmers and 2 cash registers.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of three (3) , 110 volt/20 amp circuits and one (1) 220 volt used crepe griddles, cash registers, warming units and refrigeration.
